Downpayment Assistance (DPA)--
Downpayment assistance for new homes in the low-to-moderate income range. Qualification includes:

The projected 12-month household income of the family must not exceed 80 percent of median income (For current income limits please contact SWNCBC.) This information will be third party verified once application has been made.

The person must not have bought a home in the past three years;

Purchase Rehabilitation Resale--
Through this program, SWNBC purchases a dilapidated home, rehabilitatess it and then resells it to an income qualifying family. We have recently been preliminary awarded funding from DED to renew Purchase Rehab Resale. For more information, press on the links below.

The six affordable housing units managed by SWNCBC in Grant are currently full. However, we encourage those who are interested to apply, with the applications being kept on file when we do get an opening. More information can be found in the link below. Please call SWNCBC for an application.
